Rick Fesler - Triathlon

Rick lives and trains in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. He grew up in the area and started swimming competitively when he was 9 years old. Rick swam on the Cedar Cliff High School swim team and also ran on the track team. After high school Rick took a brief hiatus from swimming and started to focus on running, competing in many half-marathons and marathons. Becoming bored with running, Rick decided to take on the challenge of triathlon. He is now is his 4th season as a triathlete. Rick also competes in duathlons, running (both road and trail), and road biking races and he has also started mountain biking. Rick is looking to become a professional triathlete and is well on his way to achieving his goal. Elite Bikes, Powerbar and Mike Walters, LMT (An Athlete’s Edge) currently sponsor Rick. For the past year, Rick has been getting regular massages from Mike and has seen the improvement in his training and racing performance, as well as faster recover times and being more relaxed.
